The following is a description of the available types of accommodation. The rates are shown in the table below.
Student Homestay
- Private fully-furnished room within a family home.
- Access to a private or shared bathroom and facility.
- Use of the household laundry facility.
- Breakfast and dinner, Monday to Friday. All meals Saturday and Sunday.
- Convenient access to public transport.
- A friendly home environment.
Guardianship Homestay
For students under 18 years (if required).- As above.
- Laundry and ironing.
- Supervision of outings/homework/behaviour.
- Airport pickup, transfer to host family and orientation.
Rates for International Students and Visitors

| BECAB Guardianship Placement Fee (Airport transfer is included and not optional) | $484 |
| Airport Transfer to Homestay | $110 |
The above placement/transfer fees include GST (Goods and Services Tax)
